Q: How do I book a game?
A: You can book your game online or we can also book your Escape over the phone. Want to know if we are in your area or interested in a us bringing an Escape game to you? Call our headquarters: 309.585.1559
Q: How do I pay?
A: All games are paid online at the time of booking. Due to the nature of the game, all sales are final. No refunds will be given. Q: How much does a game cost? A: Games are $28 per person. Student tickets are $20. (Students include anyone under 18 or 18 and older with a valid, current college ID. NOTE: Students under 18 do not need to show an ID, but do need a waiver signed  by a legal parent or guardian)
Q: What room should I pick?
A: Any! Just kidding – most of our locations indicate which rooms are good for beginners.
Q: When should I arrive for my game?
A: We require you arrive 15 minutes prior to your game. Games will start at the exact starting time and once the door is locked, no one can enter. Being late could cause you to miss your game. No refunds are given for late arrivals.
Q: Are there any physical requirements?
A: Our rooms are designed with mental challenges in mind. You will be on your feet and walking around for an hour.
Q: Will I really be “locked” in a room?
A: Yes and no. You will be in a room with a locked door, but there is an emergency key located next to each door and at any time you should feel you need to leave the room, you are welcome to.
Q: How many people can play?
A: Each game has a different number of players. The minimum for all games is 2 players. Keep in mind that the more players you have, the more brainpower you have, thus the more chance you have of escaping.
Q: Can I book with my friends?
A: Yes. Have your friends book the same game and time slot as you. Or, book all of your friends at once.
Q: Will there be other people in the room with us?
A: Each game can accommodate a certain number of players. We will leave booking open until all slots are full. Therefore, if you have 5 in your group and you book a room that accommodates 12, you may be playing with 7 other people. If you want to ensure you play with your friends, round up the maximum number and book all open slots.
Q: Is it possible to play with just my friends?
A: Yes, you can reserve a private game. You will be required to purchase the minimum number of tickets as indicated for that game.
Q: Is there an age limit?
A: Yes. The recommended age is 14 and above. Players younger than 18 must have an adult participate as well and a parent or legal guardian must sign a waiver.
Q: How long is each game?
A: Each game is designed for one hour. Plan to arrive at least 15 minutes early to prepare and stay 15 minutes after to debrief and take photos.
Q: What does it mean “Book Entire Activity (private event)”?
A: With the purchase of up to 6 adult tickets (for most rooms), you can make your event private. This means it will only be your party in the room. Additional participants above the 6 are at the standard ticket price.
Q: Can I bring in food or drinks?
A: Drinks and/or food may not be brought into our game establishments. We do have refreshments available for purchase should you need something. NOTE: People found to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol may be turned away from the game and listed as a no-show.
Q: What if I decide to cancel?
A: All ticket sales are final. Once purchased, we cannot give out refunds for cancellations or for being late.
Q: Once the room is locked, can I leave?
A: An emergency key is located next to every game door. Please remember to use the restroom prior to entering the room.
Q: What if we get stuck and can’t find any clues?
A: Our rooms are monitored via CCTV by our friendly game master, who will be available to provide hints or clues to assist you should you need them. However, we believe the satisfaction lies in escaping the room with minimal assistance.
